Procedures for Application

Procedures for Application are as follows:
To be completed by March 15th - The Packet for Application should be completed and returned to the school along with the one-time, non-refundable Application Fee of $15.00 All necessary Medical forms and information, Request for Transcripts, if applicable, and Letter of Recommendation from your Pastor must be included at this time.
Interview with parents and School Administrator, by appointment only, to be scheduled after March 15th.
