TOLERANCE

Definition: Realizing that everyone is at varying levels of character development.

Application:Tolerance must acknowledge what is realistic to expect and determine what is necessary to require. Without a clear sense of justice, there is no reference point from which to measure parameters. Establish a clear commitment to what is true, right and just. Then demonstrate tolerance by helping those around you move toward that Goal.

I WILL:

Allow - Give others room to grow

Accommodate - Accept others for who they are

Relate - Show empathy to others

Curb - Curb the urge to criticize

Soar - Overlook faults. Together Everyone Achieves More
