PodCast

Podcasting is a way to receive audio files over the Internet. Many content providers, offer podcast feeds at no cost. These feeds deliver audio broadcasts to your desktop. You can listen to these files on your computer or load them on to your MP3 player and take them with you.

How to get started
Click on any of the pictures below to select the operative system you're running on your computer. ( Example: If you own a windows xp machine click on the windows logo and if you own a mac computer, click on the imac logo ). A pop up screen will indicate you need to download the software listed below. Make sure you download your software to a known location in your hard drive. You may choose to click OPEN instead of save. This action will install your software immediately.

How to download the Juicer Software
If you're downloading your software under the Firefox Mozilla Browser click on the icon which represents the operative system you have installed on your computer. Firefox will run its embedded downloader and download the ippoder software of your choice to your desktop or whatever path it's set out to download. Once finished downloading you will see two options [Open / Close], click open and the software will install itself. Proceed to the following step. If not, please proceed to find the location where you file was downloaded and install it.

Installation Follow up.
So, you've downloaded your software - which is named Juice in this case- and you would like to proceed to the next step. During installation your software installed an icon on your desktop ( by default ). You may also find out if your software its installed by looking for a "Lemon" yellow icon at the bottom right of your screen, indicating your Juice Software is installed and working.

Steps to Adding Victory Church of God Podcasting Feed.

1. On your desktop or the location chosen by your downloader; double click on the "YELLOW LEMON" icon to open the application. Once open find a set of four tabs named: (Downloads, Subscriptions, PODCAST Directory and Cleanup). We will be concerned with the PODCAST Directory Tab for now. This is how you will add the Victory Church of God Feed url to the Juicer software.

2. On the white bar displayed across the top section in the Podcast Directory Tab, copy the URL [ http://www.vcog.com/feed.xml ]in the address bar of your Podcast Directory Tab (or from your clipboard) and click the ADD button. The FEED PROPERTIES screen will pop up. Click on SAVE. The popup screen will close automatically.

3. Next, go to the SUBSCRIPTIONS TAB, you will see under NAME, the Victory Church of God added to your Juicer.

4. You will see two buttons, a green button with two arrows and an orange button with one arrow. Pressing the Green Button once will refresh your juices and allow you to see all the available pod casts.

5. Find the PODCAST which relates to Victory Church of Gof and make sure a check mark is placed next to the selection so you can download it. (You may check all or as many as you want) and check mark them as needed.

6. After you've checked the pod casts you want click again, on the GREEN ARROWS, this will start the download of the PODCAST you just checked with a check mark.

7. During the download, the PODCAST will be under a " DOWNLOAD STATE ". Let it download fully. Once it's fully downloaded the blue arrow next to it will turn green indicating the download is complete.

8. With the green arrow next to the fresh download, you may now either play or listen by double clicking on the file you've just downloaded.

NOTES: By default your JUICER PODCASTING has WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER as its default application; you may choose another player by clicking on FILE/PREFERENCES/PLAYER TAB and selecting the player of your choice.

By default, all your pod cast files and directories are saved in the following location: C:\Documents and Settings\User\My Documents\My Received Pod casts [where user is your computer name and c: is your local hard drive.]
