HIGHLIGHT: LAY INVOLVEMENTThe Lay Involvement Ministry seeks to help in volunteer recruiting by matching church volunteer's interests and spiritual gifts with ministry opportunities. The Lay Involvement team exists to make sure that all members find a place to serve where their talents and gifts will be most beneficial to ministry.

We believe that God has gifted every believer to enrich their lives, to function as a vital part of making church and ministry work, and to bring joy, unity and strength to the church itself.

We are so pleased at VCOG to see people take seriously their "giftedness". Honing and developing those gifts to make a difference in the work place, at home and of course here at the local church.

We are blessed to have in place many ministry opportunities for people to involve themselves. We are equally as blessed to have those ministries overseen by good leaders.
